Sift is a Personal Finance Management (PFM) and analytical tool built to help users track expenses, compute allowances, and review historical spending habits. All data processing is executed natively and stored locally on your device in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Financial Disclaimer

Sift is an analytical calculation and informational tracking utility. Sift does not provide certified financial, accounting, investment, or legal advice. The application should not be used as a substitute for professional advisory consulting.

The developer makes no guarantees regarding the mathematical accuracy of historical forecasts or localized budgeting targets as indicators of future net worth or financial stability. You acknowledge that any reliance on data generated by the application is strictly at your own financial risk.

3. Lifetime Purchase & Billing

Sift is a premium application distributed strictly as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscriptions, paywalled tiers, or freemium limitations.

• Lifetime Access: "Lifetime" designates the functional operational lifespan of the application utility in active production distribution, not the physical lifetime of the purchasing individual.
• Billing Authority: All payment transactions, verification tokens, and app downloads are managed exclusively by the Google Play Store infrastructure.
• Refund Policy: The developer does not process direct payments or issue direct monetary refunds. All refund inquiries are strictly subject to the consumer policies established by Google.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Sift shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, financial deficits, data loss, miscalculated database values, or transactional discrepancies—arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the software.
